Joint Review Board
The Joint Review Board is created by statute to review the formation of Tax Increment Finance districts and to review annual reports of established TIF districts. Members of the Joint Review Board include a representative from McLean County, Heartland Community College, Unit 5 School District, Normal Township, Town of Normal, and a citizen.
