Overview
The McLean County Regional Planning Commission (MCRPC) was created in 1966 by the McLean County Board to coordinate planning and development activity within the county.
Representation
The commission includes representatives from the City of Bloomington, Town of Normal, McLean County, Unit #5 and District #87 school districts, the Bloomington-Normal Airport Authority and the Bloomington-Normal Water Reclamation District.
