Streets

Resources:

The McLean County Regional Planning Commission (MCRPC) and the Town of Normal partnered in 2021 and 2022 to implement a Pavement Management System (PMS) for the Town. This project was funded by the Illinois Department of Transportation’s (IDOT) statewide effort to improve the economy, livability, mobility and stewardship. Based on the 2021 pavement condition survey, the average rating for roadways in Normal is 65.2, or "Fair" condition overall. The Town will use the data from this study to augment the work the Town is already doing to improve roadways.
