Transition Plan
The Town of Normal is dedicated to providing access to people of all abilities with access so they can participate equally in all Town initiatives, services and programs. To further this goal, the Town conducts self-evaluations and updates its ADA Transition Plan to ensure inclusion and access for people with disabilities. We welcome your input on proposed plans.
