Ordinance Violations

• Pay online (credit/debit card) using the Online Citations System.
• Pay over the phone (credit/debit card) by calling (309) 454-9769.
• Pay in-person (cash, check, credit card) at the Finance Department, Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, located at 11 Uptown Circle, 3rd floor.

Parking Tickets

• Pay online (credit/debit card) using the Online Payment System.
• Pay in-person (cash, check, credit card) at the Finance Department, Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, located at 11 Uptown Circle, 3rd floor.
• Mail in a check with ticket number shown to the Finance Department located at 11 Uptown Circle, 3rd floor.
